# Enrich Labs is an applied AI lab working on what marketing becomes when the customer is an agent.

We believe marketing as we know it has fundamentally changed. Agents are becoming the dominant way people interact with brands and businesses: they research the options, compare the offers, and increasingly complete the purchase. The audience is no longer only human.

That shift reimagines the entire customer decision journey. Rankings, impressions, and clicks describe a world where a person reads ten blue links. When an agent reads nine sources, picks one brand, and checks whether it can finish the checkout, a different discipline is required — one we measure, publish, and build for.

The human role in marketing is changing just as dramatically: from producing every asset by hand to directing autonomous systems that plan, create, ship, and learn from results. We operate Helena, our AI marketer, across thousands of live businesses — and we study how shopping agents decide, so brands can win both audiences.
